Ziztour, a B2B online hotel direct sales platform, has completed an eight-digit series B round led by LB Investment, a Korean private equity firm, and joined by Legend Capital (“君联资本”) and Cheng Lan Capital (“城蓝资本”).

Founded in August, 2014, Shenzhen-based Ziztour [V1] helps connect hotels and customers in real time much like a stock exchange, making hotels less dependent on distributors for a change. Currently, the company has operations in 15 cities including Beijing and Shanghai.

With tens of thousands of hotels actively dealing directly online with travel agencies and corporate customers every day, Ziztour has become the largest platform other than OTAs for hotels to make direct deals.

After this round of financing, Shengnan Li, CEO of Ziztour said:” Ziztour plans to accelerate its expansion in the next stage and enable hotels in 60 cities to carry out direct contracts online.
