　　Raj Rana has been named Chief Executive Officer (CEO) South Asia atCarlson Rezidor Hotel Group South Asia in Singapore, Singapore.

　　Rana, a 22-year veteran of Carlson Rezidor, is a welcome addition to the South Asia management team. Rana, a US national born in Delhi, is an alumnus of the Institute of Hotel Management, Pusa, where he was awarded a diploma in Hotel Management. In addition, he has a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Delhi, as well as a master of business administration (MBA) from Dowling College in New York.

　　Rana was most recently the vice president, Radisson Franchise Operations, Americas, based in Minneapolis. Rana starts his new role on April 1, and will work alongside Kachru until June 30.
