　　Mr. Garcia came to China in 1988, he had been worked in Beijing, Hong Kong, Xian, Chongqing, 3 landmark hotels in Guangzhou and several other cities. Among his working history, he has been involved in Human Resource, Food and Beverage, Marketing and Sales and Room Division.
