　　Tommy Liu comes from Dalian with 18 years cooking occupation career in Shangri-La and Hilton hotel management group. With his rich experience he will be in charge of daily operations of Kitchen group in Hilton Nanjing. He was executive chef of Kempinski Hotel Dalian before he came to Nanjing.
